Intimidated by the thought of a 20 or 30 mile bike ride? Fear not, join the lazy riders for an easy-going ride on the 3.1-mile track at the Veloway. Ride slow or fast, as many loops as you want.

Join us afterwards for breakfast at Galaxy Cafe (9911 Brodie Lane, northwest corner at Slaughter Ln).

The Veloway is a 3.1 mile paved, looped track that is open to the public for bicycle and rollerblade traffic only. The track is approximately 23 ft. wide and winds through a typical Central Texas Hill Country setting.

WHAT to BRING: Bike or skates, Helmet, drinking water, money for breakfast.

      “ It seemed like we hit the right time at 9:30 -- a bit early for some, but all agreed later would have been too hot. Everybody seemed to enjoy the ride and breakfast at Galaxy was great. We need some more skaters out there! I was glad I brought my bike! ”
